How we will be involved with National Manufacturing Day:
This National Manufacturing Day we will be opening the doors to secondary school students to get a behind-the-scenes look at the aerospace industry. We would suggest the day would be suitable for students in year groups 9 – 10. We will be showcasing how we power the magic of flight and highlighting the exciting careers available in manufacturing and engineering.
During the day, students will:
Learn more about the aerospace industry and ITP Aero's role within it.
Get hands-on with engaging STEM activities designed to spark their curiosity.
Go on a guided tour of our factory to see the manufacturing process from start to finish.
This event is designed to be both educational and inspiring, providing real-world context to the STEM subjects they study in school.
