Formed in 1928 and celebrating 96 years of heritage, Foam Engineers converts large foam blocks into complex shapes and components with a range of technical design services providing critically relied upon foam solutions to a vast and broad number of global industries including: Aerospace, Motorsport, Military, Environmental and Medical. Foam Engineers is leading the UK Foam Industry in its drive towards adopting and promoting all eco-based foams as emphasised in its Sustainability Development Program linking its goals to the 2015 United Nation's General Assembly Sustainable Development Goals. . The Company won a global Innovation Award in 2022 and a National Leadership & Strategy Award in 2023 and has been shortlisted 11 times in total across many categories of excellence in The Manufacturer (Magazine) MX Awards. The company was also invited to showcase in the prestigious Parliamentary Review Manufacturing and Services Edition. Foam Engineers, a family run business since 1928, has a proven ability to innovate and adapt to change. How we will be involved with National Manufacturing Day:

We are happy to open our doors for factory tours to showcase our abilities. We have an old building but the people and activities inside it are what matters and you will see our ability to Design, Innovate & Manufacture.

We will organise tours at various times to suit big groups or to cater for groups of individuals. Times to be published nearer the day.
