About us
Founded in 1884, the company is a specialist manufacturer in expanded metal mesh solutions. Our company is a leader and innovator in the development and manufacture of products, from construction materials to filters, grilles, walkways and visually striking architectural meshes. We have also developed a range of innovative fencing systems and security solutions which protect people, property and infrastructure from a broad array of threats. Our strengths stem from a committed, skilled and knowledgeable workforce. We run an active apprenticeship and leadership schemes to develop passion, skills, knowledge and unique strengths. We are proud to play our part in supporting and developing the UK manufacturing sector.
How we will be involved with National Manufacturing Day:
Scheduled tours On the day activities - based in getting to know the manufacturing, engineering, fabricating, value add parts of the process Get to know the upstream and downstream side of the product (safety, quality, despatch, maintenance, tool making, etc)
