A third-generation British family business since 1977, Collier Webb are designers and makers of lighting, furniture and hardware for the world’s most beautiful interior spaces. Combining traditional and cutting-edge techniques, Collier Webb’s in-house designers work closely with their talented craftspeople to produce one-of-a-kind pieces, each handcrafted at their East Sussex Foundry and Workshops for various residential and commercial projects. How we will be involved with National Manufacturing Day:

For this year's National Manufacturing Day, Collier Webb are delighted to open their doors to local T-Level Engineering students from Bexhill Sixth Form College, offering them an exclusive behind-the-scenes morning at the company’s operations and the intricate process of crafting each piece of lighting, furniture and hardware. Every product at Collier Webb is meticulously produced in-house, from the initial design and pattern making to sand and lost wax casting, fabrication, assembly, finishing, wiring, and more. This process is a true team effort, combining skills that have been honed and passed down through generations, while continually incorporating modern, innovative ideas and techniques. “We are thrilled to welcome the students of Bexhill College to experience the future of our craft firsthand,” said Collier Webb’s Managing Director. “As part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing craftsmanship and innovation, we believe it’s essential to inspire and provide access to the next generation of designers and makers.” The event promises to be an educational and inspiring experience, offering participants a unique insight into the world of luxury manufacturing and design.
