How we will be involved with National Manufacturing Day:
Local students will have the opportunity to visit our site, tour our facilities and take part in a range of demonstrations. With the support of our operations and engineering departments, they will get an insight into our ice protection systems and learn how products designed and manufactured in the Northeast help aircraft to fly safer, further, and greener.
Staff members including apprentices, will also be sharing their own stories about what it is like to work for CAV Systems, to enable the students to gain a greater understanding about the array of career paths available to them within the manufacturing sector.
